Celebrated Chef Marco Barrila creates a multi-regional array of traditional, rustic dishes that change seasonally and focus on local farm-to-table, as well as imported Italian products. The menu includes signature dishes like eggplant timbal, grilled octopus with chimichurri, lobster risotto and truffled veal chops.
Chef Barrila emphasizes the authenticity of his dishes. "Everyone is so excited about farm-to-table in this country, but in Europe it is the norm". No matter the region of cuisine, Chef Barrila gives his customers an authentic experience.
Manna offers fine dining in a chic, yet comfortable atmosphere. Walls are adorned with organic 3 dimensional Hampton landscapes by local artist Gil Ferrer.
Open year round, enjoy dining by the fire place in the winter and al fresco seating during the summer. Manna's courtyard terrace can also be booked for private and semi-private gatherings in secluded setting for up to 200 guests.
